BURTSCHER, Tamara Jean (Stevens) – of Frankenmuth, formerly of Birch Run, age 71, died peacefully on Sunday, April 13, 2025, in Bay City. Funeral service will be held at 12PM on Friday, April 18, 2025, at the O’Guinn Family Funeral Home in Clio. Pastor Wally Rose officiating. Honoring her wishes, cremation will follow. The family will receive visitors at the funeral home on Thursday, April 17, 2025, from 3PM until 8PM and Friday from 11AM until the time of service at 12PM.
Tamara was born April 4, 1954, in Flint, to the late Franklin and Dolores (Sova) Stevens. She received her high school diploma from Birch Run High School and retired from the Bavarian Inn Lodge in Frankenmuth after over 25 years of employment between the Lodge and Bavarian Inn Restaurant. Tam was dedicated to her family and loved spending time with them whenever possible. She had many friends she kept up with online and she loved seeing all the life updates they shared. Tamara had a kind heart and a witty sense of humor, always putting a smile on your face when you spoke with her. She will be dearly missed by those who knew her.
Tamara is forever remembered by: Daughter: Michele (Bryan) Gregory; Grandson, Ebin Gregory; Brothers and Sisters: Rhonda Sylvester, Colleen (John) Bell, Kevin (Beverly) Stevens, Renee (Clarence) Strobel, Ross (Lisa) Stevens, Paul (Christine) Stevens, and Matt (Tracy) Stevens. Tamara was preceded in death by: Parents, Frank and Dolores; Brothers: Frank Stevens and Mark Stevens. |
