Erik Alan Norman passed away unexpectedly on Tuesday, July 29, 2025. He will be deeply missed by all who knew him.
A celebration of Erik's life will take place on Sunday, August 3, 2025, at 6 PM at Nelson-House Funeral Home. Family and friends are invited to gather at the funeral home on Sunday from 12 PM until the time of service to share their memories and support one another.
Born on August 10, 1984, in Rochester, Michigan, Erik was the beloved son of Keith and Nanci (Wittbrodt) Norman. He proudly graduated from Flint Central High School in 2003.
Erik had a passion for the outdoors, often found camping, playing corn hole, driving around in his Budweiser golf cart, or simply soaking in the beauty of nature. He was a man of many quotes and enjoyed cheering on The Detroit Lions. Above all Erik's family meant everything to him, He cherished the time and memories made with each of them
Erik married his soul mate, Gina Genovese, on April 4, 2017, in a beautiful ceremony in Las Vegas.
Erik worked as an Installer at Streamline Enterprise, where he showcased his many talents. His laughter, kindness, and adventurous spirit will always be remembered.
Erik is survived by his loving wife, Gina Norman; his adored children, Nathan Winston, Emily Winston, Noah Norman, Katie Winston, and Lucy Norman; parents, Keith and Nanci Norman; his sister, Elaina (Jesus) Martinez; brother-in-laws, Jimmy (Justine) Lacroix, Johnny (Kara) Genovese, and Joey (Erin) Genovese; his in-laws, John (Melody) Genovese, along with numerous cherished nieces, nephews, and a community of loving family and friends.
He was predeceased by his grandparents.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions are suggested to support the family during this difficult time. |
