HAMADY, Wally Fouad – age 31, met his peace on Thursday, July 16, 2026 in Lexington, Kentucky.
Funeral service will be held 1:30pm Thursday, July 23, 2026 at the Swartz Funeral Home, 1225 West Hill Road, Flint.
Visitation 10:30am Thursday until the time of the service at the funeral home. Pastor William “Bill” Guigear officiating.
Burial in Crestwood Cemetery, Grand Blanc, MI.
In lieu of flowers, donations in Wally’s name would be appreciated to either the Salvation Army or The Lighthouse Ministries of Kentucky.
Wally was born in Saginaw, Michigan on April 21, 1995, the son of Fouad “Frank” and his wife, Dawn (Breckenridge) Hamady. In his youth, Wally enjoyed Karate, the outdoors and the water-swimming every chance he could, and most of all, his cats and spending time with his family. During his adult years, he worked in sales at different McDonalds and at Timber Systems of Lapeer.
With broken hearts, Wally is survived by his mother, Dawn Campbell;
brother, Derik Davis;
sister, Dalyn DeKruger all of West Virginia;
grandparents, Clare “Gene” and Linda Breckenridge of Millington;
uncles, Dan (Dee) Breckenridge of Standish, Chad (Ellen) Breckenridge of Mobile, AL, Adel (Leyla) Hamady and Fakhri (Najwa) Hamady;
and several cousins and relatives he has never been able to meet in Lebanon.
Wally was known to his friends in Lexington as “Hollywood”.
Wally was preceded in death most recently by his father, great-grandparents, paternal grandparents and his best friend, Nate.
