Joseph Alden McDaniel, age 34 of Burton, passed away on Monday, November 12, 2018. He was born on June 22, 1984 in Flint, Michigan to parents Joseph and Kimberly (Marshall) McDaniel. Joseph grew up in Mt. Morris and recently worked as a laborer in underground construction. He was a member of the Laborers’ Union Local 1191 – Detroit, Michigan. He enjoyed spending time outdoors, fishing, and hunting. Most of all, he loved his son, Ethan. Joseph is survived by his parents: Joseph McDaniel of Grand Blanc and Kim McDaniel of Burton; son, Ethan; sisters: Karrissa (Kenneth) LaBelle and Kara (Miles) O’Brien; numerous nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his grandparents: Dallas and Catherine McDaniel and Wanda Marshall. A memorial service will be held at 12pm on Friday, November 16, 2018 at Brown Funeral Home, 1480 E. Hill Rd., Grand Blanc, Michigan. The family will receive visitors one hour prior to the service, beginning at 11am. Those desiring may make a memorial contribution to the family. |
