In Loving Memory of Vicki Lynn McMinn
Age 66, of Burton, peacefully entered eternal rest on Monday, October 27, 2025, surrounded by her cherished family in the comfort of her home.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 11:00 AM on Friday, November 7, 2025, at St. Paul Catholic Church, officiated by Fr. Michael O'Brien. The family will receive friends at the church on Friday from 10am until the time of Mass. Following the service, Vicki will be laid to rest at St. Paul Catholic Cemetery.
Born on September 19, 1959, in Owosso, Vicki was the beloved daughter of H. Jerry and Mary Ann (Fatura) Horn.
She was a proud graduate of Ovid-Elsie High School, where she formed lasting friendships and beautiful memories.
Vicki had a passion for crafting, painting, crocheting, and knitting, which allowed her to express her creativity and love for beauty. Most of all, she cherished the time spent with her loved ones, creating unforgettable moments filled with laughter and joy.
Vicki married Don McMinn, with whom she shared a profound bond until his passing. Together, they created many memories that will forever be cherished.
In her professional life, Vicki dedicated several years to the retail industry, working at a jewelry store, where her warm personality and eye for detail made her a valued member of the team.
She is survived by her beloved children: Luke (Tiffany) Rogers and Ned Rogers; grandchildren, Anayah, Luke, and Aubree Rogers; her devoted mother, Mary Ann Horn; her siblings, Jill (Ed) Horski, Jerry Horn, and Tammy (Steve) DeRoche; and her cherished nieces and nephews: Jason (Jenna) Gooding, Heather (Jason) Watson, Krystal (Stanley) Minarik, Garret DeRoche, and Braden, Dylan (Sharna) Horn. Vicki also leaves behind a special friend, Brad Martindale, along with numerous other loving family and friends who will miss her dearly.
She was predeceased by her husband, Don McMinn, and her father, H. Jerry Horn.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in Vicki's name are suggested to breast and pancreatic Cancer Awareness organizations to honor her spirit and legacy.
