WENDLAND, Terry L. – Of Burton, age 63, died Wednesday, July 18, 2018 at Kith Haven Nursing Home.
Funeral service will be held at 1 p.m. Monday, July 23, 2018 at the
Swartz Funeral Home, 1225 West Hill Road, Pastor Steve Wood officiating.
Burial in Flint Memorial Park.
Visitation 1-8 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home.
Terry was born in Flint, Michigan on December 3, 1954, son of the late Walter and Oleta (Keefer) Wendland.
On October 11, 1994 he married Sindey in Flint.
He loved puzzle books, country music, family and his grandchildren.
Mr. Wendland retired from GM in 2015.
Surviving are wife, Sindey;
children, Ronald Miller, Angelique and husband Jeremy Colman, Amy Wendland, Bethany and husband Doug McEntyer, Heather and husband Rodney Gillean;
grandchildren, Alandra, Kaitlyn, Wade, Alexander, Lucas, Lillian, Whitney and Brandon;
brother, Douglas and wife Carol Wendland;
special sisters, Georganne Gee and Nanette Haubenstricker; many other loving friends.
He was preceded in death by his brother, Larry.
