Colles, Sharron J.- Of Grand Blanc, age 82, passed away at her residence surrounded by her loving family on Thursday, April 23rd, 2026.
Sharron was born in Davison, MI on June 23rd, 1943, the daughter of Helene (Landon) DeGeer and Gordon DeGeer. She graduated from Atherton High School in 1961. Sharron met the love of her life, Robert Colles, Sr in high school and they married on May 11th, 1963, in Burton Township.
Sharron enjoyed meeting friends for coffee and dinners, traveling, crafting, putting a few dollars into slot machines, gardening, watching birds, playing cards and reading. She was a devoted and loving wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother. She was also a strong and independent woman with a quick wit. Her favorite memories stemmed from time spent with her family on trips to Colorado and Alaska, and her special weekly gatherings with friends. Sharron was loved and cherished by her friends and family.
Those of you who know her well will not be surprised to hear her last scratch ticket was a $100 winner!
Surviving are three children: Colleen Colles (Kathy), Robert Colles, Jr (Christy), and Darryl Colles. Five grandchildren: Chloe (Jesse), Robert (Victoria), James (Hannah), Jakki, and Mikayla. Five great-grandchildren, Liam, Gavin, Avilyn, Sophia and Josephine. Sisters, Delane Vowell, Melissa Sadler. Sisters in-law, Brenda Colles, and Jalonne Bush. Finally, the best coffee, dinner, and card friends ever: Brenda, Janet, Carolyn, Karen and Rosella.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Robert, son, Brett Colles, granddaughter, Grace Colles, and brothers Richard DeGeer and Leslie DeGeer.
The family is grateful to the Compassus Hospice team for the excellent and compassionate care provided. Per Sharron’s request, cremation has taken place and no funeral services will be held. Any memory donations can be given to the Genesse Humane Society.
