PATTON, Mary Patricia - Age 86, of Fenton, died Sunday, November 23, 2014. Services will be held 2:00 PM Thursday, December 11, 2014 at Sharp Funeral Homes, Fenton Chapel, 1000 Silver Lake Road, Fenton. Fr. Dwight Ezop officiating. Interment in New Calvary Catholic Cemetery. Visitation will be held at the funeral home Thursday from 1:00 PM until the time of the service. Those desiring may make contributions to the McLaren Auxiliary.
Mrs. Patton was born December 26, 1927 in Flint the daughter of Robert Andrew and Mary Elizabeth (Kearney) Behan. She married James Edward Patton August 26, 1950 in Flint and he preceded her in death November 23, 1987. She was a member of St. John Vianney Catholic Church and was a life member of the McLaren Auxiliary.
Surviving are: 4 sons, Robert and wife Susie Patton of Fenton, David and wife Betty Patton of St. Helen, James and wife Debbie Patton of Littleton, CO, and Michael Patton of Royal Oak; 6 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren; and several nieces, nephew, and cousins. She was also preceded in death by her parents; 2 brothers, James and Robert Behan; and Rose and Frank Cook, who raised Mary and her brothers, James and Robert.
