JENSEN, Christian A. Jr. "Skipper" - Age 75, of Grand Blanc, died November 24, 2017. Funeral services will be held 11 AM Monday, November 27, 2017 at Pilgrim Lutheran Church, 3222 S. Genesee Rd., Burton. Pastor Daniel Wonderly will officiate. Visitation will be held 3-7 PM Sunday at Sharp Funeral Home & Cremation Center, 6063 Fenton Rd., Flint and from 10 AM until the time of service Monday at church. Those desiring may make contributions to the American Cancer Society or Pilgrim Lutheran Church. Christian was born October 16, 1942 in Philadelphia, PA, the son of Christian A.G. and Olga (LeBec) Jensen and was raised in Ardmore, PA. He was a veteran of the U.S. Coast Guard. Mr. Jensen was an active member of Pilgrim Lutheran Church. He enjoyed golfing, fishing and was a loving husband, father and grandfather. He is survived by his wife of nearly 50 years, Caroline; children, James F. (Gwen) Jensen, Jerome J. (Alice) Jensen, Christina (Matt Halbany) Jensen Miller; grandchildren, Jessica (William) Beers, Craig Jensen, Christian (Lindsey) Jensen, Erica Jensen, Andrew Jensen, Steve Miller and Dylan Miller; two brothers and three sisters.
