Joann was born October 15, 1946 in Davenport, IA to Earnest & Gertrude (Keller) Ehlers. She was united in marriage to Lyle Wiggins on March 12, 1966 in Davenport.
Joann had worked in banking as a loan officer for 30 years at various banks. Her favorite past time was shopping, where she loved to find new clothes & jewelry.
Survivors include her husband Lyle Wiggins, Davenport, IA; Son Brandon Wiggins, Davenport; Sister Joyce Rippey, Sterling, IL; and 4 nieces.
