HALL, Douglas F. – Of Davison, age 68, died Wednesday, February 26, 2014 at Grand Blanc Rehab & Nursing Center.
Memorial service will be held 1 p.m. Saturday, March 1, 2014 at the Swartz Funeral Home, 1225 West Hill Road.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the American Kidney Foundation.
Visitation 11 a.m. Saturday until the time of the service at the funeral home.
Douglas was born in Goodrich, Michigan on June 15, 1945, the son of the late Douglas and Edith Hall.
Doug graduated from Grand Blanc High School.
He enjoyed golfing, his dog, Kileigh and spending time with his family.
Surviving are son, Brian and wife Kendra of Flint;
step-daughter, Luane and husband Tony Bastianelli of Grand Blanc;
two step-sons, Vincent Williamson of CA and Michael Williamson of Flint;
grandchildren Amanda, Dominic and Joseph Bastianelli, Joseph, Trenton and Jacob Hall and Jennifer Elizabeth, Jay and Mikhail Gutsue, Meredith and John Scharf, Richard and Helen Hall, Thomas and Carol Williamson, Pat and Bill Glady;
numerous nieces and nephews;
brother, Richard and wife Helen of AuGres;
sister-in-law, Dorothy Hall of Linden.
He was preceded in death by his wife of 30 years, Peggy; daughter, Melissa Gutsue and brother, Ronald.
