LARSON, Ann M. – Of Flint, age 85, died Tuesday, April 14, 2015 at Regency at Grand Blanc.
Funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. Friday, April 17, 2015 at St. Paul Lutheran Church, 402 South Ballenger Highway, Flint,
Pastor Jeffery B. Walsh officiating.
Burial in Great Lakes National Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to St. Paul Endowment Fund.
Visitation 12-3 and 5-8 p.m. Thursday at the Swartz Funeral Home, 1225 West Hill Road.
Mrs. Larson will be at the church from 10 a.m. Friday until the time of the service.
Ann was born in New Lothrop, Michigan on March 3, 1930, the daughter of Orvil and Alma (Ehlers) Taylor.
She was a member of St. Paul Lutheran Church and was involved in many activities in the church.
She loved to golf, teach basket weaving and especially support her family in their many endeavors.
Mrs. Larson worked for the City of Flint as an Accountant.
Surviving are husband, Eldon “Pete”;
children, Karen and husband Bob Root,
Leigh and husband Tom Weston,
Scott Larson and Joyce Igasaki,
Nancy and husband John Hanchett;
grandchildren, Casey and husband Jeff,
Heather and husband Caleb,
Sarah and husband Dustin,
Kelsey and Jared,
Erin,
Tyler,
Kevin, Christina and husband Charlie,
Erik
and Eric;
10 great-grandchildren;
one brother, Orvil "Jack";
brother-in-law, Fred;
many nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by parents; sister, Norma and brother, Leo.
