Sheroski, Thomas -Davison, Michigan, age 95, passed away peacefully at his home in Davison on Tuesday, June 9, 2026, at 9:20am, surrounded by the love of his family.
A Mass will be celebrated at 1pm Friday June 12,2026 at St. John & Blessed Sacrament. 403 N. Dayton St. Davison, MI, Father Andrew officiating.
Visitation will be held from 1pm-8pm on Thursday June 11,2026 at Swartz Funeral Home, 1225 West Hill Road, Flint. A rosary will be prayed at 7pm on Thursday.
He will be entombed at St. John’s Cemetery on N. Oak Road in Davison.
A life of hard work and dedication, born in Detroit, Michigan on October 3, 1930, he was the son of the late Mary and Thomas Sheroski Sr.
From his earliest days, Thomas possessed a vibrant spirit and an unmatched work ethic. At just 14 years old, he began working as a jockey, a passion he pursued until age 18. He then transitioned to industry, spending 18 years dedicated to keeping others safe as a Steel Mill Safety Supervisor. His true entrepreneurial chapter began later in life, spending 53 remarkable years as a successful Little Caesars Franchisor.
Faith and family first, above all his professional achievements, his greatest legacy was his family and his faith. On February 26, 1949, he married the love of his life, Theresa. Together, they shared a beautiful, inspiring 77 years of marriage. He was a devoted member of St. John the Evangelist Catholic Church in Davison.
Loving survivors he leaves behind a vast and deeply loved family, including his beloved wife, Theresa; and his children:
Daniel & Annette, David & Regina, Denise & James, Nadine & Russell Harrison, Gregory & Michelle, Lyle & Sharyl, Terrance & Michelle, Sheila & Glenn Nixon, Sharon & Tammie.
He was the proud grandfather of 30 living grandchildren, 37 living great-grandchildren, and 4 living great-great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Mary and Thomas Sr.; and his son Brian; and one grandson.
