WILSON, Willard “Bud” – of Mt. Morris formerly of Davison, age 90, passed away Tuesday, May 22, 2018 at Hurley Medical Center. A Funeral Service will be held 1 PM Wednesday, May 30, 2018 at Allen Funeral Home, 9136 Davison Rd., Davison, MI 48423. Burial, with Military Honors, will be in Flint Memorial Park Cemetery. Visitation will be on Tuesday from 2-4 PM & 6-8 PM. On Wednesday, visitation will be from 11 AM until the time of service. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Honor Flight, Inc., attention – Diane Gresse, 175 South Tuttle Rd., Springfield, OH 45505, for veterans.
Bud was born on November 24, 1927, son of the late Curtis and Christine (Crow) Wilson. He married Helen Stock on July 6, 1953 and she preceded him in death on March 11, 2001. Bud retired from GM after 33 years of service. He was a member of Genesee Independent Baptist Church and loved to fish and travel.
Bud is survived by his daughters, Joan Skias, Rose Locke and Cindy Smith; several grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren; brothers, CA Wilson and Herman Wilson; sister, Betty Schmidt. He was preceded in death by sons, Warren and Ed; daughter, Vickie.
