JENKINS, Dale “Joe” Richard, of Flushing, age 83, died Thursday, April 4, 2019 at his home. Funeral services will be 1 p.m. Monday, April 8, 2019 at Rossell Funeral Home. Visitation will be at the funeral home from 10 a.m. until the time of the service. Burial to follow at New Calvary Catholic Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in his name the Christian Outreach Center.
Dale was born in Clayton Township, Michigan on February 25, 1936 to William Cecil and Sarah (Borden) Jenkins. He married Emma Marie Richards on June 4, 1960.
He is survived by his wife, Emma; children, David (Evelyn), Diane, Patricia, Mary, and Robert (Sharol); grandchildren, John Wright, Austin Polacek, and Gage Jenkins; and greatgrandchild, Beck Asher Jenkins. He was preceded in death by his parents, William and Sarah; brothers, Norman and William Donald; sisters-in-law, Barbara and Donna; parents-in-law, Elmer and Edith Richards; brother-in-law, William Richards; and niece, Carol Jenkins. |
