Beck, Sharon Lee - Age 80, of Lapeer, died January 15, 2026. A Celebration of Life service will be held at a later date at Sharp Funeral Home and Cremation, 6063 Fenton Road, Grand Blanc, Michigan 48507. Those desiring may make contributions to the National Breast Cancer Foundation.
Sharon was born May 4, 1945 in Dearborn, Michigan, the daughter of Alexander Von Sossan and Fern Mae (Bidle) Von Sossan.
She loved Teddy bears. She was a beloved mother, grandmother, great-grandmother and great-great-grandmother.
Surviving are: daughters, Rhonda (Jim) Mann of Davison, Melissa Beckman (John Sayger) of Arkansas; grandchildren, Christian Reid, Meranda Mann, Alex (Autumn) Mann; great-grandchildren, Evelyn Mann, Ashton Mann, and Kenny Mann; step-grandchildren, Charlie Reid, Molly (Bob) Wickman; step-great-grandchildren, Lily Reid, Kelsey (Tyler) Barr, Nick Wickman; step-great-great-grandchild, Cade Davis (Reid); nieces and nephews; and former husband Kenneth Beck.
She was preceded in death by her father, Alexander Von Sossan; mother, Fern Von Sossan; fiance, Raymond Charles "RayC" McGinty; two step-grandchildren, Jennifer Mann and Samantha Reid;
and step-sister, Betty Puckett.
