WAITE, Curtis - Of Holly, age 56, passed away Sunday, November 1, 2026, at his residence.
Memorial service will be held 1:30pm Thursday, November 5, 2026, at First Baptist Church, 6106 S. Saginaw Street, Grand Blanc, MI 48439. Pastor Raleigh Adams officiating.
Curtis was born in Flint, Michigan on October 29, 1970, the son of James and Gloria (Adkins) Waite. On February 29, 2000, he married Nicole Morin in Flint, Michigan. Curtis was an Army Veteran, a volunteer firefighter with the Fenton Township and employed with PTS Refrigeration for over 18 years. He enjoyed spending time with his wife Nikki, their dog Leo, and his family. When he was not working at PTS Refrigeration, he devoted himself to being the best Bampa imaginable. He thrived on the mischief that repeatedly laned him in “Facebook Jail”. Curtis was looking forward to retirement and traveling with Nikki, the love of his life. He was funny and quick-witted, with a smile and laugh that filled every room he entered. Curtis will be deeply missed by all who knew him, and his memory will live on in the countless moments of joy, laughter, and love he shared with those closest to him.
Surviving are wife, Nicole “Nikki”;
Children, Anthony (Danielle) Waite, Angelelia (Lyle) Knopf, Alexaner (Jenessa) Waite, Madelynn (Tyler) Buck and Emily (Joshua) Waite;
Bampa to Aubri, Liam, Hunter, Jovie, Scarlett, Jiana, Tucker and surprise baby Waite (Alex);
Parents, James and Gloria Waite;
Siblings, Debi (Paul) Raymond and James (Brandy) Waite;
Family friend, Mark (Jake) Jacobson as well as a large, loving extended family of aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews and friends.
He was preceded in death by Uncle Ron & Aunt Debi Adkins, father-in-law, Leo Morin, maternal grand parents Adam and Arvonia Adkins. Paternal grand parents Earl & Marylynne Waite.
