Moriah Missionary Baptist Church, 601 E. Pasadena Ave., Flint, MI 48505. Pastor Randy Forward officiating. Pastor Arthur Carl, Host Pastor. Calling hours are 1:00pm-6:00pm Thursday, November 11, 2021 at Sheldon T. Banks Funeral Chapel, 3021 S. Dort Hwy., Flint, MI 48507. The final resting place for Mr. Forward will be Flint Memorial Park Cemetery, Mt. Morris, MI.
