KLEIMAN, Lynn M. (Wurmlinger) - Of Davison formerly of Southfield, age 75, passed away Thursday, February 26, 2026, at Charter Senior Living.
Funeral service will be held at 2pm Saturday, March 7, 2026, at the Swartz Funeral Home, 1225 West Hill Road, Flint,
Deacon Ron Kenney officiating.
Visitation 11am Saturday until the time of the service at the funeral home.
Cremation will take place following the service.
Contributions may be made to a charity of one’s choice.
Lynn was born in Lexington, Michigan on August 29, 1950, the daughter of the late Peter and Dorothy (King) Wurmlinger. Lynn graduated and received her Masters Degree in social work from Wayne State University. She was an avid member of Kiwanis Club and Our Lady of Fatima Catholic Church in Oak Park. Lynn loved to read, traveling with her husband Larry, theatre and was a true “Sparty”. Lynn was a social worker for 45 years in both Oakland and Wayne Counties focusing on family and children. Through the years, she touched thousands of lives.
Surviving are daughter-in-law, Kelly (Kevin) Brown;
Granddaughters, Kayla, Summer and Sienna;
Great-granddaughters, Evie and Isla;
Siblings, Dale Wurmlinger, Tom (Doris) Wurmlinger, Sharon Camilleri and Sue Lugo;
Several nieces, nephews and cousins.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Larry, son, Peter Kamego, brother, Paul Wurmlinger, nephew Matthew Camilleri, brother-in-law, Charlie Camilleri, sisters-in-law, Theresa Wurmlinger and Denise Wurmlinger.
