Yates, Lavada Age 86 of Flint, died July 21, 2018. No services will be held and interment will be at Monte Vista Burial Park in Johnson City, Tennesee. Lavada was born on January 1, 1932 to Clinton and Eva (Sheets) Baumgardner. She married Luther Yates and lived in the Flint area most of her adult life. Surviving are husband, Luther; close friends; Karen King, Joe and Karen Cunningham and many others. She was preceded in death by her parents and her sister Leona Baumgardner.
