VINTON, Patricia Ann (Ward) – of Flint, MI, age 87, passed away on Saturday, May 2, 2020. Cremation has taken place and a Memorial Service will be held on a later date.
Patricia was born in Flint, MI, on April 24, 1933, daughter of the late Harry S. and Alma E. (Ridley) Ward. She married Elmer Lawrence Vinton on November 13, 1954 and he preceded her in death on July 10, 2019. Pat graduated from Hurley School of Nursing in 1954 and became an RN. She enjoyed sewing, knitting, gardening, genealogy and camping with her late husband.
Patricia is survived by 2 brothers, Dale (Kathy) Ward and Harry (Judy) Ward; 3 children, Terry (James) Vondrasek, David (Theresa) Vinton and Kurt (Jackie) Vinton; 6 grandchildren, Joshua (Maria), Nathan, Troy (Michelle), Tyler (Saundra), Karrie (Chad) and Samantha (Nate); 11 great-grandchildren; many other loving family and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents, Harry and Alma Ward; brother, Billy A. Ward and her husband, Elmer L. Vinton.
