ELLIS-HARDY, Mary – Of Linden, age 82, died Tuesday, November 2, 2021 at her residence.
Celebration of Life will be held at 5 p.m. Friday, November 5, 2021 at the Swartz Funeral Home, 1225 West Hill Road, Reverend Jarrod Dillon officiating.
Those desiring may make contributions to the Old Newsboys.
Visitation 3 p.m. Friday until the time of the service at the funeral home.
Mary was born in Kennett, Missouri on July 14, 1939, the daughter of the late Albert and Gladys (Johnson) James.
Mary enjoyed traveling, living on the lake, going to Florida and spending time with her family.
Surviving are 2 sons, Bruce and wife Tameria Hardy of Grand Blanc,
Jim and wife Tonya Hardy of Davison;
3 grandchildren, Bruce, Bailei and Jimmy, Jr.;
Daughter-in-law, Julie Weiss of Sarasota, Florida;
Special friends, Mary Walt and the entire Walt family.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Don Ellis and daughter, Victoria Roofe.
