SAUVE, Gregory T. – of Clio, age 55, died Saturday, January 14, 2012 at St Mary’s Hospital in Saginaw. Funeral services will be held at 1 PM Thursday, January 19, 2012 at the O'Guinn Family Funeral Home in Clio. Cremation to follow. Friends may call at the O'Guinn Family Funeral Home in Clio on Wednesday from 1-3 PM and 5-9 PM and on Thursday from 11 AM until time of services.
Greg was born on April 13, 1956 in Flint to Thomas and Shirley (Fitzgerald) Sauve. He graduated from Clio High School in 1974. Greg retired from GM Truck and Bus as a paint shop supervisor with 30 seniority. He enjoyed being on the lake, working on his truck and camaro, spending time with his children, grandchildren and dogs.
Surviving are: children, Andrea (Frank) Gerzetich of Grand Blanc, Jeremy Sauve of Clio and step-daughter Stephanie (Tim) Johnston of Linden; 5 grandchildren, Devyn, Drew, Keigen, Morgan and Rieley; sister, Kathy (Gary) Peterie, Brother, Scott (Sheila) Sauve; mother of his children, Shirley Sauve of Grand Blanc; many other family and friends; including special friend, Flo Frazier of West Branch.
