VINCENT, Barbara Ann - age 79, of Fenton, passed away Friday, October 17, 2025. A Memorial Visitation will be held 4-7 PM Saturday, October 25, 2025 at Sharp Funeral Homes, Fenton Chapel, 1000 Silver Lake Rd., Fenton. Committal service at a later date at Great Lakes National Cemetery, Holly.
Barbara was born August 1, 1946 in Flint the daughter of George Scherman and Eileen (LaChapelle)Scherman. She married Francis W. "Bill" Vincent II on April 3, 1970. Barbara spent many years serving customers and building friendships as a pharmacy technician for K-Mart and Target. Her hobbies included cross stitching and quilting, which involved traveling with her sister Ellen and friends to many different quilting shops. Barbara also enjoyed family camping trips, playing cards and attending various sporting events supporting her grandchildren. She always looked forward to the Christmas morning traditions spent with family and being kicked out of the kitchen so the guys could cook. Spending time with family was her greatest joy.
Surviving are her beloved husband of 55 years, Francis W. "Bill" Vincent II; four children, Stephanie (Brian) Russell, Francis W. Vincent III, Bethany (Jason) Helka, Michael (Julie) Vincent; grandchildren, Tyler(Kaitlyn Dotson), Dakota(Lilly Russell)Leon Lorenz, Zachary, Nicholas, Lauren, Kaileigh, Lillie, Tinley; great grandchildren; Aubony Dotson, Mason Russell, Waylon and Harlyn Russell, and sister, Ellen (Robert) Fisher.
