CARLSON, Carolyn Ann (Kneeshaw) - Age 58, of Swartz Creek, died Tuesday, March 1, 2022. Per Carolyn's request cremation has taken place and a graveside service will be held at a later date at Great Lakes National Cemetery in Holly. Those desiring may make contributions to the American Cancer Society.
Carolyn was born May 17, 1963 in Flint, the daughter of Elmer Louis and Margaret Joanne (Baldwin) Kneeshaw. She was a 1981 graduate of Grand Blanc High School. She married Edward D. Carlson August 1, 1997 in Toledo, OH and he preceded her in death March 9, 2020. She had resided in the Flint area her entire life. Carolyn was a proud wife and mother. She enjoyed spending time with her family.
Surviving are: her son, Ian Kohlman of Grand Junction, CO; siblings, Jim (Carol) Kneeshaw of Flushing, Mary (Joe) Spears of Anchorage, AK, Mike Kneeshaw of New Orleans, LA, and Donald (Leslie) Kneeshaw of Phoenix, AZ; and several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
She was also preceded in death by her parents, Elmer and Margaret Kneeshaw; and brother, Andrew Kneeshaw. Tributes may be shared at www.sharpfuneralhomes.com.
