Haskel was born in Arkansas on November 8, 1961, the son of the late Haskel Sr. and Shirley (Adams) Malone. He was a United States Air Force Veteran. Haskel was a member of Heritage Baptist Church.
Surviving are brothers, Gary (Velda) Malone, Terry Malone, Craig Malone, and John Mark Malone;
nieces and nephews, Tonya (Todd), Gary Jr. (Jennifer), William Jr. (Sonja), Shannon, and Jaxon.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
