Plourde, Lori - of Flint, age 60, passed away Thursday, January 29, 2026, at Wellspring in Frankenmuth. Funeral services have been postponed. Arrangements will be announced.
Lori was a proud Home Health Aide with Dobson Health Care, making a difference in the lives of those she cared for. On November 20, 1998, Lori married the love of her life, Howard “Hoss”. Together, they shared many joyful moments, including their adventures at the Cannabis Cup, where they celebrated their shared passion and camaraderie with friends. Known for her spirited personality, Lori was a true "spitfire" wrapped in a small package, always quick with a laugh and an infectious smile. In her spare time, Lori loved to embrace nature through fishing and camping, along with enjoying some quality time toking with friends. Above all, her greatest joy came from her beloved grandchildren, who were the light of her life. Lori’s warmth, humor, and zest for life will be deeply missed.
Surviving are: Daughter, Cheyenne (Takara Starks) Plourde; Grandchildren: Alivah, Lorraine and Lochlan; Siblings: Jimmy (Linda) Evitts, Joe Wysocki, Brock (Melissa) Evitts, Many nieces and nephews. She is preceded in passing by her husband, Howard “Hoss” Plourde along with 4 Brothers and 1 Sister.
