THICK, Eugenia “Jean” Marie (Burch) – of Flint, MI, age 61, passed away Sunday, April 8, 2018. A Funeral Service will be held 12 PM Thursday, April 12, 2018 at Allen Funeral Home, 9136 Davison Road, Davison, MI 48423; Preacher Timothy Gean officiating. Interment immediately following the service in Flint Memorial Park Cemetery. The family will receive visitors 2-4 PM and 6-8 PM Wednesday, April 11, 2018 and 11 AM-12 PM Thursday, April 12, 2018 at Allen Funeral Home. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Thick family, in Jean’s memory.
Jean was born in Flint, MI on September 5, 1956, daughter of Charles and the late Joan (Bosman) Burch. She was employed with Denny’s Market and most recently in the deli department at VG’s in Burton. Jean enjoyed camping, fishing, cooking, visiting casinos and spending time with her family, especially her grandson, Kaden. She was loved by everyone who knew her and she will be greatly missed.
Jean is survived by 2 children, Kellie Thick and Kyle (Christina Bernat) Thick; grandson, Kaden; 3 siblings, Chuckie Burch, Ronald Burch and Debbie Johns; many other loving family members and friends. She was preceded in death by her husband, Robert Thick.
