FREEMAN, Barbara Sue (Juern) – of Davison, MI, age 59, passed away Monday, October 29, 2018 at Hurley Medical Center. A Funeral Service will be held 11 AM Friday, November 2, 2018 at Allen Funeral Home, 9136 Davison Road, Davison, MI 48423. Interment immediately following the service in Evergreen Cemetery. The family will receive visitors 6-8 PM Thursday, November 1, 2018 and 10-11 AM Friday, November 2, 2018 at Allen Funeral Home. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Humane Society of Genesee County, in Barbara’s memory.
Barbara was born on April 13, 1959 in Springfield, MO, daughter of the late George and Bernice (Mansfield) Juern. She grew up on a farm in West Plains, MO, graduating from high school in 1977. Shortly after graduation, Barbara and her family moved to Michigan. Barbara had a great love of animals. She especially enjoyed cheering on her son, Mike, during his sporting events. Barbara was a loving and caring mother and will be deeply missed.
Barbara is survived by her son, Michael Freeman; husband, Raymond Freeman; many other loving family members and friends. She was preceded in death by her grandparents, John and Martha Juern as well as William and Pearl Mansfield.
