LARMOR, Jack E. - Of Davison, age 85, died Sunday, October 25, 2015 at his residence.
Funeral service will be held 12 Noon Wednesday, October 28, 2015 at the Swartz Funeral Home, 1225 West Hill Road, Flint,
Bishop Jerry W. Pruett officiating.
Burial in Sunset Hills Cemetery.
Contributions may be directed to Paws with a Cause or a charity of one’s choice.
Visitation 1-8pm Tuesday at the funeral home.
Jack was born in Flint on April 4, 1930, the son of the late Douglas and Glenola (Bohms) and was a resident of Flint area all of his life. He graduated from Flint Central High School, Class of 1948. On August 22, 1952, he married Barbara L. Murray. Jack served in the United States Army and Reserves for 6 years. He worked for Grand Trunk Railroad for several years, and at “Chevy in the Hole”, GM Traffic Department. Jack enjoyed U of M Football, golfing and going to casinos.
Surviving are wife, Barbara;
children, Jack D., Rick, Diane (Randy) Welker and Lisa Welsh;
8 grandchildren, Jill, Brian, Jason, Courtney, Elizabeth, Mackenzie, Megan and Brett;
3 great-grandchildren, Zachary, Olivia and Autumn;
sister, Joyce Pascal and brother, Joel (Gayle);
sister-in-law, Annette Roeckers; and special friend, Walter Buczek.
He was preceded in death by his grandson, Michael, great-granddaughter, Emma and brother Gerald.
