Our beloved Regina passed away Wednesday morning June 24, 2026 at the Symphony Tr-Cities, age 77. She was born the daughter of the late Frank and Gertrude (Lijewski) Kalinowski July 3, 1948 in Bay City and had resided in this area all of her life. She attended the First Baptist Church of Auburn and enjoyed sewing and baking. On August 16, 1975 she married Michael W. “Mike” Collins, sadly he predeceased her on December 5, 2024. Surviving to cherish her memory are two daughters; Lisa Collins, Michelle (David) Bleeke, and a niece; Kristy Donner. Also welcoming Regina to her heavenly home is a brother; Timothy.
Graveside services will take place 11:00 a.m. Monday June 29, 2026 at Pine Grove Cemetery (11 Mile and North Union Roads-Auburn). Rev. Ed R. Lawrence will officiate. In lieu of flowers, those planning an expression of sympathy please consider the First Baptist Church (Auburn) in loving memory of Regina.
