DUGGINS, Ralph “Gary” – of Davison, age 66, went to be with the Lord on March 13, 2018 surrounded by his family at McLaren-Flint. A Funeral Service will be held 11:00 AM Saturday, March 17, 2018 at Allen Funeral Home, 9136 Davison Rd., Davison; Pastor Michael Cheng and Terry Duggins co-officiating. Burial with Military Honors will be 10:00 AM Tuesday, March 20, 2018 in Great Lakes National Cemetery. Visitation will be 4-8 PM Friday and 10 AM until time of service on Saturday.
Gary was born in Winston-Salem, NC on April 2, 1951, son of Ralph and Polly (Mickle) Duggins. He proudly served his country with the U.S. Army during the Vietnam War. Gary married Linda Stewart on July 10, 1982. He was a member of Twin Cities Baptist Church. Gary enjoyed hunting and fishing. He was an avid fan of the New York Yankees and the North Carolina Tar Heels. Gary retired from Buick and was a member of Local #599.
Gary is survived by his wife, Linda Duggins; daughter, Chantel Duggins; grandson, Caleb Isaac Duggins; mother, Polly Duggins; brother, Terry Duggins; sister, JoAnn Wiacek; special uncle, Roger Mickle; many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his father, Ralph Duggins.
