WING, Patricia Ann - age 77, of Holly, died Wednesday, February 10, 2021. Funeral services will be held 2 PM, Thursday February 18, 2021 at Sharp Funeral Homes, Fenton Chapel, 1000 Silver Lake Road, Fenton. (A live stream of the service may be viewed on Patricia's obituary page at www.sharpfuneralhomes.com) Visitation will be held at the funeral home Wednesday from 4-8 PM. Those desiring may make contributions to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
Patricia was born May 5, 1943 in Casnovia, the daughter of Ross and Muriel (Williams) Harner. She was a 1961 graduate of Caseville High School. She married Kenneth Robert Wing on April 25, 1964 in Bad Axe. She lived in Holly for the past 5 years. Prior to living in Holly, she enjoyed retirement living in sunny Parrish, FL after spending over 39 years in Columbiaville and Lapeer, MI. Patricia, or Trish; as she was affectionately called by her loving husband, loved her family more than anything in the world. She was a warm, generous person who enjoyed family gatherings. She also loved to watch western movies and traveling. She was unselfish and always ready to provide comfort to those that were in need.
Surviving are: her husband of 56 years, Kenneth; children, Kenneth Brian (Lisa) Wing of Dexter, Kathy (Jeffrey) Ruddock of Charlotte, and Robert Allen Wing of New York; grandchildren, Ethan Wing of Dexter, Megan Wing of Dexter, Bradley Ruddock of Lansing, Derek Ruddock of Lansing, and Lucas Ruddock of Charlotte; brothers, Dale (Mary Jane) Harner of Flushing, Richard (Anita) Harner of North Carolina, and Michael (Lynn) Harner of Florida; Sisters, Pamela Melnick of Texas and Bonnie (Henry) Sheldon of North Carolina; and several nieces and nephews.
