RODERICK, ELEANOR L. age 75, died Wednesday, March 12, 2014 at the Lapeer McLaren Regional Medical Center. Funeral Services will be 11:00 A.M. Saturday, March 15, 2014, at the Brown Funeral Home, 1480 E. Hill Rd., Grand Blanc, MI. Rev. Flora Ash officiating. Interment at Flint Memorial Park Cemetery. Visitation will be Friday from 4:00 to 8:00 P.M. and Saturday from 9:00A.M. to 11:00 A.M . Eleanor was born April 2, 1938 to parents Frank and Zelpha (Pauley) Bradshaw. Surviving are children Roberta Henderson, Steven (Alice) Roderick, Wayne (Amy) Roderick, Roxanne (John) Orbon; grandchildren Jacob, Brian, Justin, Alexis, Hanah, Nathaniel, Jessica; 3 great-grandchildren; sisters Gweneviere (Warren) Dugdale, Gwenlyn Maxson; sister-in-law Patricia (Roderick) Garrett several nieces and nephews. Proceeded in death by husband Wilber “Bud” Roderick Jr.; daughter Ronda Roderick; grandson Eric; sisters-in-law Rev. Betty Judd; brother-in-law Richard Maxson and her parents; beloved dog Rusti. In lieu of flowers contributions may be made to the family for the benefit of Alexis.
