WARNER, Mary D. (ARS KB8KHR) of Flint, age 84, died Tuesday, May 5, 2026 at her residence. A Memorial Service will be held Saturday, May 30, 2026 at 12:00 PM at Living Promise Fellowship in Flushing, Michigan. The family will receive visitors on Saturday, May 30, 2026 from 10:00 AM until the time of service at the church. Memorial contributions can be made to the family for future designation.
Mary was born October 16, 1941 in Flint, Michigan to the late Charles and Georgina (Young) Hudson. She grew up in Flint, Michigan and graduated from Beecher High School with the class of 1958. She was a member of the Living Waters Worship Center and enjoyed bible study at Living Promise Fellowship. She was a member of the former Amateur Radio Hand Youth Club with the call sign of KB8KHR. Mary was prayer operator at TCT channel 49 and a member of the Michigan Specialized Communications Group. She loved taking vacations all over Michigan with her family. However, her greatest joy in life was her family, especially her grandchildren.
Surviving are: Children, Children, Denise (Clayton) Hewitt, Lisa (Richard) Miller, David (Sarah) Warner; Grandchildren, Jacob (Shayna) Hewitt, Joshua Hewitt, Kristin (Kristopher) Jackson, Ryan Warner; Great Grandchildren, Delilah Jackson, Savannah Jackson; Brother, Frances (Bonnie) Hudson.
