Pesti, Paul M. of Flushing, age 96, passed away Saturday, May 19, 2018 at his home surrounded by his family. Per his request a private family service will be held followed by burial in St. Robert Catholic Cemetery.
Paul was born November 6, 1921, in Flint, MI the son of Paul and Sophia (Egneiczi) Pesti. He married Mary Lucius, in Flint on November 30, 1946 and they were together of 61 years until her death on August 23, 2008. Paul proudly served his country in the Army during WWII. He worked as a Cutter-Grinder for Buick for many years until his retirement. He had many passions including, wine making, farming, and gardening. He was a carpenter, an avid fisherman, and a trapper.
He is survived by his children; daughter, Paula and husband Paul McCollom; daughter Charlotte and husband John Proffer; daughter, Annette and husband Mike Manor. He is also loved by and will be missed by, many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
