MILLER, Dorothy Jean, – of Clio, age 84 died Sunday, July 26, 2020 at her residence, with her family by her side. Funeral services will be held 12:00 noon Thursday, July 30, 2020 at the Pilgrim Lutheran Church, 3222 S. Genesee Rd., Burton. Pastor Larry Warsinski officiating. Private family burial will take place at Sunset Hills Cemetery, Flint. The family will receive friends at the church on Thursday from 10:00 AM until the time of the service. Memorial contribution can be made to Pilgrim Lutheran Church of charity of your choice.

Dorothy was born November 21, 1935 in Ann Arbor, Michigan. She worked for 25 faithful years at the General Motors Coldwater Rd. Plant. She was a longtime member of the Pilgrim Lutheran Church where she was active with the LWML women’s group. She also enjoyed her many hobbies, but truly loved golfing and taking her many golf trips with her buddies, Marilyn, Alicia and Nancy.

Surviving are: Son Robert (Joyce) Miller Jr.; 3 Grandchildren Amanda Stokes, Daniel (Alyssa) Miller and Robert (Kimberly) Miller III; 8 Great Grandchildren, Evan, Hollie, Cara, Emma, Haley, Robert IV, Riley and Fiona, also many nieces and nephews. She is preceded in death by her parents Harry and Nellie Sacadaris and Jack and Alice Talbot, her brother Richard Talbot, sister Barbara Palmer, former husband and friend Robert Miller Sr., and longtime companion Fred Schulte.
