Nicholas David Clark, 28, of Swartz Creek, passed away on September 11, 2015, unexpectedly.
He was born on January 8, 1987, in Flint.
Nicholas attended Holy Redeemer Catholic School and Grand Blanc High School. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, cars and hockey.
He is survived by his mother, Kristina Vredeveld of Swartz Creek; father, David Rix (fiancé, Jessica Gensiewski) of Fort Gratiot, three sisters: Alexa, Xandria and Ravin Rix, grandparents, Violet Clark of Fenton, and Elroy and Kay Rix of Port Huron, great-grandmother, Doris Ravin of Port Huron and several aunts, uncles and cousins.
Nicholas was preceded in death by his stepfather, Gordon Vredeveld.
His grandmother, Violet Clark, passed on September 15, 2015.
A Memorial Service will be held 4:00 p.m. Monday in the Jowett Funeral Home, 1634 Lapeer Ave. at 17th Street, Port Huron. Pastor Dennis Cook will officiate.
Visiting hours will be held Monday from 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. in the funeral home.
Memorial tributes may be made to Sacred Heart Rehabilitation Center.
