Edith Elizabeth Roach, age 82, of Columbiaville went to be with her Lord and Savior on September 24, 2020 at home with her loving family beside her.
Edith was born April 1, 1938 in Flint, Michigan to the late Harold and Elizabeth Williams. She married Ellison L. Roach on June 1, 1957 in Otisville, and together they started a family. Edith was a member of the Columbiaville United Methodist Church, where she actively volunteered time for luncheons, quilt show, and other special events. She was also part of the Red Hat Society, a avid bird enthusiast, enjoyed working in her flower gardens, crocheting, visiting all the garage sales she could, but most of all Edith loved spending time with her family and friends.
Edith is survived by her husband Ellison, sons: Jerry (Barb) Roach, Tim ( Nancy) Roach, Brian (Stacy) Roach, Duane (Mari) Roach, brother Gerald (Dotty) Williams, 9 grandchildren: Joshua, Zachary, Chelsea, Karlee, Dane, Madi, Becca, Brannon, and Reilly. She was preceded in death by her parents, and grand-daughter Brianna.
Funeral service 11:00 AM on Monday, September 28, 2020 at the Columbiaville United Methodist Church, where friends may visit 10:oo AM till time of service. Friends may also visit with family 1:00 to 5:00 PM on Sunday, September 27, 2020 at Jansen Family Funeral Home - Columbiaville. Reverend Phil Tousley officiating.
