Flint Park Blvd., with funeral service commencing at 10:30 AM. Interment Great Lakes National Cemetery, G-4200 Belford Rd., Holly, Michigan. Friends and pallbearers will assemble at the chapel 10:00 AM Friday. Mr. Simpkins will lie in state in the chapel of Lawrence E. Moon Funeral Home and may be viewed 12:00 PM - 6:00 PM Thursday.
