AUER, Wesley Aaron – of Linwood, formerly of Birch Run, died Friday, August 21, 2026 at his residence. A Memorial Service will be held at 4:00 PM Sunday, August 30, 2026 at O’Guinn Family Funeral Home in Birch Run, Michigan. The family will receive visitors on Sunday, August 30, 2026 from 1:00 PM until the time of service at the funeral home. Memorial contributions can be made to the family for future designation.
Wesley was born November 18, 1982 in Saginaw, Michigan to Lawrence and Susan (Richard) Auer. He grew up in Birch Run, Michigan and graduated from Birch Run High School with the class of 2000. Wesley worked for Xalt Energy Company as a Supervisor with 10 years of service. Wesley was an avid fisherman, who also enjoyed hunting and boating.
Surviving are: Parents, Lawrence and Susan Auer; Brothers, Jeremy (Angie) Schram, Aric Auer; Nephew, Jacob Schram; Neice, Taylor Schram; Aunts, Denise (Dean) Morey, Patti Richard; Uncle, Jim (Denise) Richard; Cousins, Sarah (Jeremy) Dutton, Andy Morey, Nicole Richard. He was preceded in death by his Grandparents; Lawrence (Myrtle) Auer, Roger (Margaret) Richard; Aunts, Kay Wilson, Carol Began.
