BENTLEY, Mona M. – Of Mt. Morris, age 87, died Saturday, January 23, 2016 at Genesys Regional Medical Center.
Funeral service will be held at 1 p.m. Wednesday, January 27, 2016
at the Swartz Funeral Home, 1225 West Hill Road, Flint, Minister Jim Watson officiating.
Burial in Flint Memorial Park.
Those desiring may make contributions to Mt. Morris Church of Christ.
Visitation 1-8 p.m. Tuesday and 11 a.m. Wednesday until the time of the service at the funeral home.
Mona was born in Neon, Kentucky on October 11, 1928, the daughter of McKinley and Ruth (Kidd) Yonts.
She married Clarence Bentley on July 25, 1949 and were married for 62 years and he preceded her in death on August 2, 2011.
She was a lifelong member of The Church of Christ.
Surviving are son, Randy and wife Vickie;
three grandsons, Nathan, Keith and James;
eight great-grandchildren;
brothers, David (Annette) Yonts and Donald (Patsy) Yonts.
She was preceded in death by her son, Steven.
