Rosellia (Rose) M. Leach, 87, of Flushing peacefully passed away on Saturday, April 12, 2025.
Rose was born in Saginaw, Michigan on March 12, 1938, the daughter of the late Fredrick and Julia (Hoffman) Fahrenbruck. On July 10, 1965, she married David Justin Leach in Saginaw. Rose started her career at Dow Chemical and proudly retired after almost 30 years at Buick Motor Division.
Rose was a past president of the Industrial Business Girls Club. She loved to travel and visit her many nieces and nephews around the world. She also enjoyed trying new recipes with her family and always found joy in shoe shopping. Rose had strong pride in family heritage. Throughout her life, she was a passionate dog mom and had an overwhelming love for all animals and people in need.
Rose is survived by her husband, David, to whom she was married for nearly 60 years. In fact, they share the same birthday but one year apart. Rose also had three sisters- Irene, Elsie, and Marguerite- who preceded her in death.
Cremation has taken place, and a family gathering will be held at a later date. Rose is and will continue to be dearly missed by her husband, many family members and her dog, Lady.
