HOLDERIED, David Hugh – Of Davison, age 78, died Thursday, September 16, 2021 at Ascension Genesys Hospital.
Funeral Mass will be celebrated 11am Friday, September 24, 2021 at Holy Redeemer Catholic Church, 1227 East Bristol Road, Burton,
Father Steve Anderson officiating.
Visitation 3-7pm Thursday at the Swartz Funeral Home, 1225 West Hill Road, Flint. A Rosary will be prayed 7pm Thursday evening followed by a Knights of Columbus service. Visitation 10am Friday at church until the time of the service.
Burial in Flint Memorial Park.
Contributions may be made to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital or a charity of one’s choice.
David was born in Flint, Michigan on March 18, 1943, the son of the late Don and Mary (Braley) Holderied. David was employed with General Motors Fisher Body for 26 years and was employed for 10 years with Grand Blanc Cadillac. He was a member of Holy Redeemer Catholic Church, Knights of Columbus, Council # 10170 and a former member of North Oakland Mopar Muscle Club.
Surviving are son, Brian;
Brothers, Dennis (Antonette), Daniel, and sister, Maryanne (Matt) George;
And several nieces and nephews.
