ANDERSON, Steven Curtis – of Mt. Morris, age 63, died Saturday, May 15, 2021 at his residence. Funeral Service will be held at 11:00 AM Saturday, May 22, 2021 at Fellowship Baptist Church. Pastor Darrel Manning officiating. The family will receive visitors on Friday, May 21, 2021 from 1:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Fellowship Baptist Church. Memorial contributions can be made to the family for future designation.
Steven was born December 6, 1957 in Flint, Michigan to the late Ronald and Mamie (London) Anderson. He grew up and resided in Clio all his life. Steven graduated from Clio High School with the class of 1976. On September 6, 1999 he married Joyce Oliver in Mackinaw City, Michigan. Prior to his retirement in 2008, Steven worked for Clio Schools in the custodial maintenance department with 32 years of service. He was a member of the Fellowship Baptist Church. Steven enjoyed hunting, fishing, camping, and eating out at restaurants. He loved to walk the Mackinaw Bridge every Labor Day.
Surviving are: Wife, Joyce Anderson; Children, Marci Boatman, Lance Anderson; Grandchildren: Aiden Boatmen, Nathan Boatman, Grayson Boatman and Liam Anderson; Siblings, Jeff Anderson, Sylvia (Don) Anderson-Hendrick, Rhonda (Clint) Anderson-Wentworth; several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his Parents, Ronald and Mamie (London) Anderson; Sister, Lori Anderson; Grandmother, Florence Fisher.
