BAILEY, ERIC - Of Flint, age 45, passed away Tuesday, June 16, 2026 at his residence.
Funeral service will be held at 2pm Tuesday, June 23, 2026 at Swartz Funeral Home, 1225 West Hill Road, Flint, Pastor Joel Stiff officiating.
Burial in Evergreen Cemetery.
Visitation will be held from 4-8 Monday, June 22, 2026 and at 1pm Tuesday until the service at the funeral home.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Adopt-a-Pet in Fenton.
Eric was born on June 18, 1980 in Flint, Michigan, the son of Larry Bailey and Janet Kondel.
He enjoyed watching the Detroit Lions and Michigan football; he also enjoyed muscle cars, shooting guns and fishing.
Eric started Bailey’s Auto Detail in 2017 and has been running it ever since.
He is survived by his mom Janet (Rick) Kondel, his dad Larry (Rebecca) Bailey; daughter Aeriana Bailey; sister Renee (Cory) Stiff; many nieces and nephews and step siblings.
He was preceded in death by grandparents Robert and Phyllis Meythaler, William and Wanda Bailey.
