Catherine Jeanette Foutch, age 79, of Grand Blanc, Michigan passed away on Monday, September 18, 2023. Catherine was born to her late parents Ellis and Edna Edwards on September 10, 1944, in Stoddard Missouri. Catherine worked for Ameritech for many years and was a part of the Ameritech retiree group. Catherine became very fond of dancing, learning how to ballroom dance and line dance. She was also a long-time Detroit Tigers Fan and could always count on her to root for them on game day. Catherine was a kind soul and was one to make friends anywhere she went. Catherine loved her grandkids and enjoyed picking up her grandkids from school with McDonald's in hand.
Catherine is Survived by: son Richard Foutch (Lori Jarrett) Of Mt. Pleasent, daughter Brenda ( Todd) Green of Grand Blanc; grand-children Melissa Foutch, Andrew Foutch, Jodi Jarrett, Kelli (Kory) Nash, Amanda (Jay) Martin, James Burkhardt, Johnathan Burkhardt, and Jessica Foutch; Catherine also had 5 great-grandchildren. Sisters Ada Hoffmaster and Mary Bates; along with many nieces and nephews; and best friend Phyllis Terry.
Preceded in death by Ellis (Edna) Edwards, best- friend and sister Thelma Gamino, 4 brothers and 2 sisters.
A Celebration of Life for Catherine will be held on October 21, 2023, at 12:00 p.m. at First Baptist of Grand Blanc, 6106 S Saginaw St., Grand Blanc, MI 48439
