Masters, Sondra J. – of Clio, formerly Otisville, age 85, passed away Wednesday, March 27, 2024, at her residence. Funeral service will be held at 1PM on Tuesday, April 2, 2024, at the O’Guinn Family Funeral Home in Clio. Burial to follow at Flint Memorial Park. The family will receive visitors on Tuesday at the Funeral Home from11AM until the time of service.
Sondra was born December 20, 1938, in Pine Run, Michigan, to the late George and Iva (Cregar) VanEvery. Sondra was a dedicated bus driver at Lakeville School district for many years and found joy in the simple pleasures of life. She loved shopping, following NASCAR races, and cherished spending quality time with her family. Sondra married Mike Masters in November 1986. Her infectious laughter and warm presence brought light and happiness to all who knew her.
Surviving are: Children: Melanie (Ed) Crystal, and Daniel (Laura) Wetherwax; Grandchildren: Avery (Ryan) Hawley, Lyshah Sweeney; Great Grandchildren: Larkin, and Raden. She is preceded in death by her husband, Mike Masters; Grandson, Dane Crystal; Brother, Kenneth VanEvery.
