Tomasik, Ronald T, age 79, completed his earthly journey and entered into eternal life on December 1, 2022 at Brookdale Memory Care in Grand Blanc, MI.
A Funeral Mass will be celebrated on December 16, 2022 at St. Mark the Evangelist Catholic Church located on 7296 Gale Rd, Grand Blanc, MI at 11AM, with visitation at 10AM. The funeral Mass will also be livestreamed at stmarkgoodrich.org or on St. Mark’s Goodrich Facebook page. Fr. James Eisele and Fr. David Howell will concelebrate.

Ron was born on September 27, 1943, the only child of Thomas S. Tomasik and Carrie R. (Kielts) Tomasik. He was born in Flint, Michigan and remained in Genesee County his entire life. He married Patricia A. (Ball) Tomasik on August 22, 1969 at St. John Vianney Church.
Ron graduated from Southwestern High School in 1961. He attended Mott Community College and then completed his BA degree at the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor. He received his Master’s degree from Eastern Michigan. He taught at Longfellow Junior High School from 1966 to 1987 and Flint Schools of Choice until he retired in 2000. He was also employed by MEA Financial Services where he sold Life and Casualty Insurance along with financial planning for Genesee County teachers and staff.
Ron enjoyed golf, fishing, boating, swimming, reading and his daily walks. He loved looking at cars and even when his memory faded, he could still identify their make and year, past and present. He was dedicated to his family and loved spending time with them.
Ron was preceded by his parents and his sister-in-law Donna House.
Surviving are wife, Pat, son, Stephen (Christine) Tomasik, daughter Stacia (Jason) Howard, and four grandchildren, Kaiya, Ben, Annie, Alexis, and brother-in-law Dr. Robert House. His nieces, nephews and cousins were also very special to him.
