Daniel “Danny” Edgar Howe, age 62 of Lapeer, lost his courageous battle on Friday October 31, 2025. He was born November 18, 1962 in Flint and graduated from Oscoda High School.
Daniel worked as a waiter in the Flint area, Disney World, Orlando, FL and at Debbie Reynolds Casino in Las Vegas, NV where he also performed with her on stage. He also lived in Portland, OR and most recently in Lake Chapala, Mexico.
He loved to laugh, enjoyed music, tennis and meeting new people. Living in Mexico for the past nine years and becoming fluent in Spanish was his greatest joy.
He leaves to cherish and forever remember, sisters: Susan Taylor of Lapeer; Phyllis (Matt) Roukas of Portland, OR, brother, Bryan (Phidge) Howe of Goodrich, nieces: Jodie (Adrien) Jaxsen of Victor, NY; Carrie (Nate) Taylor-Cross of Spokane, WA and nephew: Matthew Roukas of Portland, OR as well as the love and laughter with friends: Mindy, Pilar, Doug, Tammy, Isai, Manny, and countless others. He was preceded in death by partner: Tony Lopez and parents Edgar Howe and Joyce Kent.
Cremation has been entrusted with Muir Brothers Funeral Home, Lapeer. A private service will be held at a later date.
